Meet
the
Trainer
Maralyn Teare, M.S., MFT & Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry, USC School of Medicine (ret.) where she taught 2nd & 3rd year residents in the treatment of anxiety disorders, phobias, and PTSD. This is in addition to a full-time private practice. Due to Maralyn's innovative and creative approaches to treatment, she has been recognized nationally and internationally for her contribution to science and mental health. She is a published author and has been a guest speaker on numerous TV talk shows and lectured widely at major conferences and universities.
In addition to her very busy professional life, Maralyn always found time for her love of horses and riding. She is a life-long equestrian beginning her riding lessons at age 9. Maralyn is classically trained and follows the age-old principles of the great masters - "anything that is forced is not natural." Her focus is on the natural and beautiful athleticism and abilities of each horse. She's schooled 19 different breeds (see photo gallery below for examples), and received instruction and encouragement from several Olympians. Also, see testimonial letter from a barn manager that saw her ride many different horses with different issues.

-
Has your attention span shortened?
-
Are you less patient?
-
Quick to anger?
-
Do you have less quality time for you and your horse?
-
Are you experiencing increased stress, anxiety or even fear?
This is Maralyn's area of expertise, and Maralyn's only desire is that everyone take away something positive, new, and useful.
